TIPS1：Wipe sweat, dust, and debris from the running belt after each use to maintain traction and prevent slippage. Please do not exceed the 330LBS weight capacity; overloading may cause instability, belt slipping, or product damage.

TIPS2：Please hold the handrails throughout treadmill use. Stand steadily on the deck center with feet shoulder-width apart (full soles on the belt), body upright and slightly leaning 5°-10°. Start by pushing the belt back gently with heels; increase force gradually after it stabilizes. Please avoid barefoot, slippers, high heels or sudden heavy pedaling. Lean no more than 15° forward to prevent falls.
